CELEBRITY HAIRSTYLES TRENDS, WINTER, SUMMER 2010

This year has been a blast with celebrity’s hairstylists all trying to outdo each other and push the edges of fashion.

Celebrities like Rihanna and Adam Lambert have shown the various styles in the short hair department for men and women. Edgy cuts with various length bangs at different angles styled in side-swept or spiky fashions have shown that short haircuts don’t have to be boring. Katie Holmes was another shocker with her dyed, jet black chin length bob style. Katie got a lot of attention from the magazines and cameras this year.

Some movies like the Twilight and New Moon series got the attention of the fashion world. With their shockingly beautiful colors and up-styles, they have inspired a generation of teens and celebrities to go Emo and make it look good. There are glamorous and wild styles for the rocker, artist, or poet in you now that were never quite as acceptable until this year. Wear them with confidence!

For longer hair, Beyonce still sets the standard on stage as Sasha Fierce! Her vertically curled “lion’s mane” gives her a wild and sexy look that sets her performances off like no other artist. And Beyonce also has a long, straightened look that allows her to transition to the red carpet with grace and sophistication that is equally unparalleled.

Looking forward to 2010, we will see many more celebrities finding their true personal styles with a much larger choice of short, trendy haircuts with various lengths and angled bangs. But we can also expect some of those experimental bangs to show up on even longer haircuts as well.
